No communication!

I placed an order on the 12/7/2018 via the app. The ETA for my purchased items was 17/7/2018. Needless to say the 17th came and went still no delivery. Additional to that no communication with regards to the delay. I called on the 17th and spoke to an agent who promised to give me feedback, I am waiting. I called again on the 18th spoke to another agent, I still waiting.
