No attempts made to deliver items.

I ordered some items on the 4th of October, I tried to pay for next day delivery but could not as the website stated that the items would be coming from different providers. The estimated delivery date given was the 11th of October.

I never received a text to say my order was out on delivery on any day, there was no phone call to say that the driver was outside my delivery address.

I checked my app and noticed that it stated that I had refused delivery of my items. I immediately tried to DM Superbalist on Twitter but noticed I could not so I sent them an email via the app advising them that the had falsely updated my order to show that o refused delivery. Superbalist responded to me letting me know that they would cancel the order as it had taken too long for the items to be delivered.

I have asked them to provide me with proof of their attempts to deliver my items as they never tried to make contact with me at all and then made up lies about me refusing my order.

I have been using their app for years and am well aware of the process. Why would I deliberately refuse my order knowing that I had paid money for it?!
