No assistance from reputable online company.

I've recently placed an order for a Nike sneaker. A day before the scheduled delivery date, I received an email indicating that an inventory error occurred and my order was cancelled. However, thr shoe was back in stock the same day!!! They were unable to assist in any way. The money was refunded. However, there was no attempt of a genuine apology or any further assistance. All the agents indicated that they were unable to assist further.
