No answer on closing account

SHOCKING SERVICE from them! I cannot understand how they can close a fantastic company and website, Spree, and merge it with a **** company and website, Superbalist.

There is no way to close ones account on Superbalist, so I emailed through on 2 October to close my account. On 3 October they asked why and I told them, and to date (9th), I have not heard back from them.
