Next day delivery - No delivery

I ordered a dress for the next day collection. The following day in the morning, they move my delivery date to 3 days later with no explanation. Why offer services you can’t meet. Moreso the frustrating part is that I can’t request a refund until the item is delivered.

They ruined my day and event. By the time the item is delivered it will be useless.

Tried contacting customer service but they are useless as well.
