New ******** alert

First it was a late deliveries then items missing in my order and most recently my order has not been delivered and we going on 3 weeks now. No communication from suberbalist, I have called serval times wasting my time and airtime being sent from pillar to post . Emailled I got a response saying they will check and then nothing till today. At this point Superbalist are on mu ******** list. You order they take your money and you don’t get you order. I have been using them for years but clearly not the same as they use to be. I am officially done. Any suggestions for online shopping platform?
