Never shop on Superbalist.com

Good day I recently purchased three items on Superbalist.com and only two of those were delivered. I contacted their offices and was told that they'll conduct an investigation into the matter and it may take time, time that I don't have. This is my first and definitely last online purchase on Superbalist.com because their level of incompetence is beyond me. I'm waiting for an item that I need to use and they're inconveniencing me when they are in the wrong. Poor customer service, definitely. To trust them with my banking details and hope that all will go well is a mistake I will never make again. I asked them for the item or a refund and I'm being told about an investigation. As if I'm in the wrong. My advice, don't shop on Superbalist.com. they're a bunch of ******.
