Never order during black Friday week

Just when I have given you 5 star on my recent review you went and disappointed me. I received my parcel today and one of the items is missing.

Also on things I ordered one of the product was refunded due to what? I don't know. But I was fine as that was refunded only to receive my order and one item is missing. Please refund me or get the item delivered.
