Never buy cosmetics from Superbalist!

Extremely poor complaint resolution, only generic responses without any consideration to the context. They refuse to contact their suppliers and the suppliers will also not exchange anything purchased from them. No assistance. Never buy products that you can purchase directly from a company from Superbalist because then neither will correct a mistake!
