My terrible experience with Superbalist

I bought a converse all stars full white low top from Superbalist I received my order on time that I was happy with when I opened my box I received my converse all stars dirty like it has been worn before there was a yellow stain in front of the shoe which would not come out completely after few our of cleaning the product to make it look brand new it was clean and never look new but was clean the yellow stain infront of the shoe is still there but slowly going away I am really disappointed and will now buy my products from somewhere else
