My refund takes forever.

I am very disappointed with Superbalist Online, I was expecting my money on the 7th of Feb and the they asked for my banking details which I have already provided and now they are saying that their Finance department hasn't processed my refund,so they are telling me I am going to wait another week for a refund of a purchase I made in December.<br> <br> This is bad service, I shop online but this is bad because when one order they want quick payment to secure your order and they take forever to refund.
