My order was short

I place an oder on Superbalist on the 25 November and I was told it will come on the 01st of December and on the 27th November I place another order I was told it will be delivered on the 02 of December that's fine. On the 1st of December my both order was delivered I was fine with that but only to realize that my order was short I didn't receive my t-shirt and I send email which I didn't receive any reply until I send another email on the 5th of December than I got got an reply on the 6th from a lady called Jade to ask for order number I provided to check my query and she send another email asking if my order look like it was tampered I said I don't know I even send a picture of my order that I took as soon as I received it ND on the 9th received another email from her that she will escalate to relevant departments and it will take 24 to 48 until today haven't received any feedback and I want my t-shirt bcs I paid for it
