My order of 2x hoodie and sweatpants sets is mixed up and 1 item is missing.

I ordered 2x 2 piece sets- hoodie and sweatpants, I ordered size L and the other set was size XL. When i received my order it was 1 sweatpants size XL, 1 sweatpants size L and 1 size M hoodie, the other pants did not have a hoodie top. I wrote you and email same day I receive my order, but no one came back to me. I even called the delivery guy to check if he didn't leave 1 parcel by mistake but he said he only had the 2 parcels that he delivered. The website says that they will respond to queries after 24 hours. It's been 3 days but no one bothered to respond to my email even after the 24 hours response that you promised on your website. I complained again when i was asked to rate your service, but still, i was ignored. This is daylight ******* and I want my money back. They can come take their sweatpants.
