My item was not delivered yet says delivered!

I am so disappointed in the services provided by companies and retailers in South Africa with “we don’t care attitude” it is revolting. I had an order that said it was delivered but I was yet to receive any delivery. I called the call centre at this number *** at least 7 or more times and no answer, as this is an urgent matter I excepted an urgent response. Companies and businesses in South Africa are losing their customers service, with nonchalant take their time response! Companies and businesses need to have consequences for their delay and bad service!
