MRDExpress Sucks.. a lot

I love a Superbalist but you guys seriously need to get a new delivery service provider. So many complaints against MRDExpress and I see why. Have been waiting almost a week to get my return collected. Information on rescheduled pickup dates not updated on the app so I have no idea when my return will be collected. Can’t find their contact details online to speak to someone. Very frustrating!
