Money ****** by Superbalist, takealot & fedex

Not sure how these people do business, if you have 3rd parties doing collections & deliveries for you. You need to ensure that you have access to all information. I logged a return of an item I bought yet my money has not been returned to me. I did not send people to my house to collect this item your company & it’s respective 3rd part (takealot), I did not share my information with fedex. Now all of you are playing dumb, all I want is my money back. Your service is trash... I also need to mention that you’ve violated the POPI act if you claim not to know anything about the collection of this item from my house
