Missing shoe

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes for my daughter and I received only 3 pairs. On the app it says it has been delivered. I've been calling and emailing and no one is really interested in sorting out my issue. I need my money back or deliver the shoe. Superbalist doesn't care about their customers which is why they don't bother responding to the reviews. Today i have called their line 10 times already and no one has answered
