Missing items superbalist

Hi all.So sent items back a few weeks ago all in one box yet to my knowledge I was unaware that one cannot pit multiple returns in onebox because it does not stipulate that you can't so courier came there opened the box in front of my ***orkers and myself .A few days has gone by so I receive an e-mail to say only one item has been refunded so I wait and a week later nothing so I call and I call and they tell me the same bogus story that they are working on it they almost never reply to any of my emails and my items are missing so I won't be getting my money back.becareful everyone
