Missing items on order

I received the worst service from Superbalist.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes on Wednesday, 31 January 2024. I got confirmation of my order that delivery will be on Friday, 2 February 2024. This morning the driver delivered one pair of shoes, I immediately called their office and no one is willing to help, I spoke to over 10 agents and no one could help me and provide me with an explanation and I paid for this items.

Superbalist is useless and does not care about their customers.
