Missing item from my order

I ordered a few t-shirts from superblist as a gift for Christmas. The order came on time but one disappointment is that one t-shirt is missing from my order. I queried this and was promised urgent help it's been a week now and still nothing no came back to me no has contacted me nothing I sent a follow up email to Zoleka. D who is supposed to assist with this problem. What kind of customer service is this? Claiming to give customers the best yet after taking your money they do not care weather u got your order or not because clearly that is how my issue is being treated all with lies.
