Missing item

I ordered a pair of Nike trainers from Superbalist to be delivered before an important event. Unfortunately, the package was received by my girlfriend’s father while I was at work, and when I got home and opened the box, it was completely empty. The box was sealed and showed no signs of tampering or damage, so this must have happened during dispatch or delivery. I immediately reported the issue and asked for a refund or replacement. Despite my follow ups, the process has been slow and lacks clarity regarding how long it will take. This has caused significant frustration as I re**** on receiving this item on time. For a company of their reputation, I expected better handling of such problems and more effective customer service. I caution others to be wary and hope Superbalist improves their packaging checks and communication when things go wrong.
