Missing item

I am frustrated that I ordered 2 items and only 1 item was delivered. After noticing that 1 item was missing I have logged several complaints and wrote numerous emails till today no one has taken any action to reach out to me. All I need now is my money back and ever since I have been using this online shopping I have never experienced such. I am so disappointed as I have trusted this online store and they have never disappointed me this far. All I am asking is for my refund and them to improve communication with their customers.
