Missed Delivery, Zero Accountability

you guys are actually full of nonsense hey. I pray no one ever has to experience the blatant disrespect i have experienced. No apology will actually resolve the amount of time you’ve wasted.

After making a purchase on the 29th of November, you scheduled the delivery for the 6th of December before 17:00. I don’t work from home, so I arranged for someone to be present at my residence to receive this order.

On the day of the delivery at 11:49 AM, I receive a notification that my delivery has been rescheduled for the 7th of December, and will be delivered before 18:00.

As you can imagine, I am upset as I have already made arrangements. I make a call to customer support, they inform me that they have arranged for my purchase to be delivered before 9 AM on the 7th of December.

So of course, I make arrangements to be present for the delivery at 9 AM the next morning. As of writing this review, I have no receive my purchase after being promised of a delivery date and time numerous times.

Superbalist, this blatant disregard for your customer’s time is unacceptable. I’d honestly respect you more if you didn’t even have a delivery time or date, and just said - ”we’ll let you know” instead of taking me for an ride.
