Mislead on Pricing (Sale price changed)

On the 14th of March 2023 I saw an outdoor sofa on Superbalist.com priced at R1799, as I was travelling, I asked my sister to log onto my profile and make the purchase for me. She did exactly that and to my horror Superbalist.com changed the price of the item to R2999. I logged a complaint with them and was asked for screenshots of the price discrepancy which I sent through. I am now being ignored and my emails not answered......I need a response!
