Might as well purchase from Wish.com

If I could give a minus 1 star rating I would!!! How is it possible for Superbalist to mess up 2 orders in 1 week?? To make things worse, there is NO communication unless you call to follow up.... They don't even have anyone you can escalate your issues to. Pathetic customer service!
