****mers - Refusing to cancel an order

Good day, I highly disappointed at the service I’ve received after multiple calls and requests to cancel the order I am still not assisted and the worst part I have explained that I’m not in Gauteng anymore but the representatives keep lying to me about how to cancel this order. I’m also the one constantly calling for assistance to cancel this order but I’m told different excuses, today they said it can’t be cancelled because it’s already out but the instructions I was given by Singa (Online Fashion Assistant) was to call immediately when I get the sms for delivery so clearly I’m being taken for a ride and the order is still active.
