I ordered a Nike Dress Nike swoosh on pointe 2 -piece box set/sweet beet / 0-6 months

Today, the courier attempted to deliver my order, but:

1. The box was already open / tampered with on arrival. 2. The item inside was NOT what I ordered — it was something completely different

Because of this, I refused to receive / accept the delivery from the courier.

So now on the app it shows that item delivered and the driver said he will make it failed delivery so can i have way forward so which means i am ****med
