****mers!!!!!!!

I placed an order a full week ago,and the payment went off of my account but it showed unsuccessful on the website I called in immediately and sent them a bank statement and a screen shot of the actual transaction,no response,I called in the next morning again they said they were escalating it and to resend my documents and that they would get back to me the same day,they didn't follow up,the next Monday I called in and no one had answers,I spoke to a manager who asked me to send a picture of my card which I did and still no response I've emailed that manager and the called call centre Today with no help or answers,I had been saving up money to purchase those items and make that order,the service is absolutely despicable and the management is no better,if I could give a 0 star I would,Don't shop there if you don't want to be ****med,no answers,no refund and no items after a week of calling them every single day!!!!!!if I Don't get my money back this week I'm blasting them on FB and twitter
