****MED OUT OF R4000+

I ordered a bed base with headboard as well as a pair of pants. The order says delivered yet nothing was delivered to my address. I have tried emailing customer support and nobody responds. I tried logging a refund and their app just gives me an error. It’s been over 4 days now and no response from them, even on social media. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I frequently order items from them at least every month or two, but this will stop now as I have never experienced such poor service before from a large company. My order was over R4000 yet I have not received it, cannot claim a refund and nobody responds to me via email support! I honestly feel I have been ****med!!!!!
