I'm so angry at superbalist, I've placed orders on the 07 and 11 December 2024,the 1st order came and logged returns sane day the delivered on the 12 but after that I am unable to track the 2nd order nor track the return. I'm asked to send bank statements now. Why are these people ****ming us in times like these, kids want their staff but I've nothing to show. I've been shopping at superbalist for more than 5 years and tjind is the 1st time happening and I hate the experience. You need to fix my daughters profile and put back the orders on the app. I can only see 2023 purchases. Mind you I'm still going to pay payflex whether I like it or not. I want my orders
