Made an order on 27/11/2025 which was due to be delivered on 4/12/2025 but I received it on 8/12/2025, received only 3 out of 6 items and there was no communication as to why, when I do a follow up the ladies told me that the items are lost

Made an order on 27/11/2025 which was due to be delivered on 4/12/2025 but I received it on 8/12/2025, received only 3 out of 6 items and there was no communication as to why, when I do a follow up the ladies told me that the items are lost. No one has bothered to inform me because I called on 5/12/2025 and they assured me that the parcels were on the way
