Made a payment superbalist claimed they didnt recieve my payment even after sending proof of payment to them

I purchased 2 items on superbalist on thee 28th of August using pay just now as a payment method, the cancelled my order saying that they didn't review my payment i sent them proof of payment and my bank statement which they requested but to my suprise they still send me an email to confirm they never received my payment im so disappointed with thier service
