Loyalty

I received an sms on Friday stating that my order # ********** will be delivered on that Friday before 5, I had to make an arrangement to make sure that there will be someone at home the whole day to receive the parcel, which never arrived. Monday received the same message for delivery for that day and I gain made an arrangement to be home the whole day, nothing arrived.

Today again, I have received a message stating that I will be receiving my parcel today. Do you people think we have nothing to do, why take customers for fools?
