Lost return

I have been following up on an order ********** that was picked up on the 27th of December together with ********** , however this initial order has been listed as return cancelled. While the 2nd return has been processed

I escalated this matter and Michaela Jason responded on the 29th saying that she will call teh warehouse and locate the items. I have since sent emails to which she has not been responding to. I called today only to be told that Michaela never escalated the matter and now the items cannot be found.

The driver who collected insisted that handing the items through to him outside the scheduled return time would not be a problem, and in fact both items where outside the scheduled time, and yet only one item was processed.

I am very unhappy about their service because now I do not have my refund and also do not have the order. So i basically paid for nothing.
