Lost Parcel #***

I bought shoes for my son, planned for him to wear on Christmas till this day my query is not resolved. I am told that the query has been escalated to Soweto branch for resolution till this day no feedback its been 2 weeks full. The driver decided to deliver at his own address not mine. Can I please have my money back, I never though that this would happen to me. Speak of incompetency.
