LOST PACKAGE

I placed an order on Superbalist and it was due to arrive on Monday, their driver called me to tell me he was at my address and when I called him back to confirm that he had delivered it at my complex concierge the driver told me that he did not have my package. I have been calling and emailing back and forth with an agent from Superbalist and today he tells me that they lost my package. This has been a huge inconvenience to as I was promised a package and to hear today that they lost it is beyond me
