Longest ordering experience ever

Purchased a pair of jeans size 34/32 Received the incorrect size i.e. 36/32 Processed and exchange online and received very poor communication the first time around After receiving the new delivery i was shocked to find that a size 36/32 was delivered again Processed exchanged online again but this time requested a size 32/32 After hearing from superbalist i was notified that my exchange will now be refunded ???
