Long times for order returns

I logged in a return of an order at superbalist on the 29 of June and I kept calling their call center for follow up which rang and is never routed to an agent. Two weeks later which was on 13 Jul 2024, at 17:19, Lerato.K (Superbalist) <***> wrote to me and requested that i send following up info, she also apologies for taking long to getting ack to me. About another two weeks later I am still waiting for order to be logged for return. I am so unhappy
