Logistic Disaster

I will never be ordering from Superbalist.com ever again. I went twice - once on a Saturday and once on a Thursday to collect my order (3 different items) for my Step daughter. Both occasions I waited over 45 mins. I ordered it to be collected at a takealot.com pick up point in Woodstock. I don’t recommend ANYONE doing this. No one kept me updated while I waited there. Not impressed. Order #***
