Local is not lekker - don't buy here!

I ordered from these guys a week ago. I ordered six items, they shipped 3 totally different products. I then mailed them on 3 different occasions after which I received one auto reply saying they would get back to me in one day, it took them 3. Now I have to prove that I received the wrong items by means of photos, I have to go drop off the goods to be returned, as it will be faster then the slow delivery guys they use. They will then check that they received the goods back in good order, before they will ship my correct items. On Temu the guys come pick up the wrong delivery the next day and send your stuff immediately!! This is why local is not lekker, the service sucks. If I actually wanted the perfume they sent me incorrectly and just kept quiet, they would have never known!!! What does this teach us, be dishonest! You guys need to step up your service. And don't blame a picking error, you can still count the number of items in the order vs what you put in the box - simple arithmetic! This is why the local companies are going under, global competitors are just better!
