LIVID at Superbalist service

I received my order today and I got so excited as I’ve been waiting for it for a long time because it was sold out and I was on a waitlist for it, to my disappointment when I was opening the package to see that someone else inside Superbalist opened the package and exchange the size and colour of my package. So disappointed at Superbalist staff and management, I know now I’ll be forced to accept a refund as the item is no longer available. Who ever did this knew that the item was the last one and decided to exchange it shame on him or her.
