Little to no effort to correct their own mistakes

Very disappointed with the way they've handled their #BlackFriday sales. I ordered twice from them. The first order has been delivered already. Half of my order is incorrect. I was delivered a pair of socks that I didnt order, and that Superbalist dont even stock on their website. When I try log an exchange, I cant because the socks I ordered are out of stock. They wont allow me to exchange them for a different set of the same value. So now, if I want to order just a simple a set of socks, i have to pay shipping yet again. Double the shipping costs, for a problem they themselves caused. We'll see what happens with my second purchase, hopefully this time they actually deliver what I ordered, but I very much doubt i'll be using them again after this.
