Lies and deceit

I have ordered stuff using their discount vouchers. Days later I check the app and see my jeans was cancelled. I checked the app again and saw the jeans is available and has stock. Anyway I collected the rest of my stuff. I mailed the client service and needless to say they came up with every excuse. Now j am told to order it at the normal price. Is this a joke?
