**** about my order

I purchases a pair of pants in a size medium and discovered i needed a smaller size. The driver collected my item and everything seemed to be on track. My return ended up taking a week. And when i contacted customer service to enquire what the hold up was, they started denying i had even returned the pants at all. Despite receiving a confirmation SMS FROM THEM and my app saying the pants had already made it to their warehouse. Really shocked at the customer service i received and def put me off ever shopping on Superbalist.

SN: quality of clothing has really dropped.
