Let Superbalist Fail: Shocking Delivery Times

Since the sell off from Takealot, the delivery and experience of Superbalist is the worst. I bought items on a Friday, to which they said shipping would happen the following week Wednesday. It's now Thursday and no sign of my order. I have received items faster from smaller online retailers. My husband received buckets of paint ordered from a specialist in just 2 days. My "order status" is still set at "processing" and hasn't changed since Saturday when it was sent to Jhb from CPT. I probably won't be buying from Superbalist again and will just continue buying from Shein and Temu because they at least give you realistic expectations.
