LATE ORDER AND NO COMMUNICATION

NEVER BUY FROM SUPERBALIST, THEY PROVIDE POOR SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION, AND THEY ARE NEVER RESPONSIBLEMy order is sent from warehouse to warehouse, and I'm the one who has to track it down and phone to find out where it is.

No one is willing to help, and I've been told that delivery will be delayed by around 2-3 business days.

They promised to send me an SMS this morning when I followed up with them again ,to confirm my parcel loaction and delivery.

There has been no communication.

If it were up to me, I wouldn't give them a single star..BAD SERVICE
