Late delivery / no communication

Item ordered on sunday night to be delivered on wednesday. Website tracking and emailed shipping confirmation tell me to be home on Wednesday. Wednesday goes by without a phone call or any delivery. Thursday morning I call them only to be told it will be delivered on Friday... no excuses, no explanations.. that is the way it is. Shocking... an online store that cant manage online orders! I'd rather shop elsewhere from now... and If I did not call them, I would just have to sit around for days wondering when or IF my order will be delivered? no info on their ****py online tracking system and nobody calls you.... very poor indeed.
