Late delivery and missing parcel

I ordered something from [URL Removed] on Wednesday the 3rd of Feb, after paying i then got an email saying my order will arrive the next day on the 4th. i had not received my order that day and phoned the customer service on Friday which I was then told they will prioritise delivery for Monday the 8th. On the monday nothing came and then i was told a late delivery will be organised for that evening and still nothing came. Today (Feb 9th) I phoned customer service and they said they would phone the courier, I was then contacted by the courier who did not know what had happened to my order or where it was and was shocked to find out i did not receive my order. I am extremely disappointed in the service and am hesitant to buy from them again as it was my first time purchasing from them.
