LATE DELIVERY

I ordered a certain item and the package was delivers 18th Feb 2020 but when i opened the package the certain item i ordered was not there. I then called and they said it was an issue at pick and pack. I then called again another 3 times to find out whats going on and they have resent the item but will only arrive on Monday 24th Feb 2020, I NEEDED IT FOR THIS WEEKEND FOR A WEDDING, this is ridiculous, the manager at customer care said she will follow up with me two days later and still not follow up call this is ridiculous service.
