Lack of Service

I've been a long standing customer of Superbalist...but of lately their service levels seem to non existent.. you can't even get through on the customer lines for any assistance...

90% of the time, i choice of payment is the cash option, the last 2 times i tried to check out using the cash on delivery option, it tells me the courier company or some of my items don't qualify for cod...This is total madness, as my order does not in any way surpass the cash threshold limit...
